Originally from Crete and with an extensive background in fine dining, Chef Manolis brings the timeless essence of Mediterranean cuisine to our kitchen. His culinary philosophy is built on the perfect balance between tradition and modern creativity, with deep respect for premium ingredients and a strong focus on Cyprus’ local gastronomy.
Inspired by his Cretan roots and the rich heritage of Cypriot cuisine, he crafts dishes that are elegant, authentic, and full of character, offering our guests a truly refined Mediterranean dining experience.
